A local professional, John Peters was chosen to utilize the site to its fullest potential and to maximize views. He had aerial topos and surveys for proper drainage.

BUILDERS: Old West Builders

The Owners hired the local talent of Old West Builders because they had hands on experience and knowledge of timber frame structures and one of the areas most experienced builders. The Owners knew the Builders would dedicate all their resources to the project.

ARCHITECT: Rani Guram

The Owners and the Builders needed to select the perfect architect. They chose Rani Guram because she had a unique designing background and 10 years experience in Resort Town Architecture servicing the Telluride and Aspen Regions.

INTERIOR DESIGNER: Kay Lair
The Owners then sought out interior designer Kay Lair because of her special creativity. She was involved from start to finish with all aspects of planning, design and specifications.

WOOD & METAL ARTISAN: David Jensen

David Jensen from Chicago, IL was chosen for this job because of his expertise in one of kind custom cabinetry accents. David also specializes in urban green lumber and reclaimed antique lumber.

LIGHTING DESIGNER: Read Hunker
Read was chosen because the Owners wanted the most sophisticated lighting available.

AUDIO/VISUAL: Pathfinder
Selected for their Award Winning Audio/Visual Company. They installed Creston Control for whole house automation.
